Builty is a forward-deployed engineering company. We work alongside our clients to design, build, and launch custom software, including workflow automation, internal tools, AI integrations, and improvements to existing systems.

This website gives general information about Builty and our services. It isn’t an offer to provide any specific service, and we may change its content at any time.

Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its security or availability, or tries to access systems or data without permission.

Each project is governed by a written agreement, such as a proposal or contract, that sets out the scope, timeline, fees, deliverables, and other details of the work. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the project agreement applies.

Good results depend on close collaboration. During a project, we rely on you for:

• Access to the people, systems, and information the work requires.
• Timely feedback and decisions.
• Confirmation that you have the right to share the systems and data you give us access to.

Ownership and licensing of the software we build for you are set out in your project agreement.

Builty keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how, and general-purpose components, which we may use across projects. The content and design of this website belong to Builty.

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to do the agreed work. Specific confidentiality commitments are set out in the project agreement.

The software we build may rely on third-party platforms, such as hosting, cloud, email, payment, or AI providers. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we don’t control their availability or how they operate.

Some of the software we build uses AI or automated rules to draft content, analyze information, or suggest actions. These outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. We design these systems to keep people in control, and important results should be reviewed before anyone relies on them.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. Any warranties for our services are set out in the project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Builty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of this website. Liability for our services is set out in the project agreement.
